Rooted in family and built on integrity, the story began in 1974 when two brother-in-laws launched a modest construction business with a simple goal: to support their growing families through hard work, quality craftsmanship, and long-term vision.
What set them apart then—and still defines Kimco today—was a strong work ethic and a deep respect for every relationship built along the way.
Over the decades, those values became the foundation of the company: integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
In 2017, the founding partners officially parted ways and formed two separate companies, one of which was Kimco Enterprises Ltd.
Today, Kimco continues their family legacy, managing their own portfolio of more than 200,000 square feet of commercial and residential property across Western Canada. Guided by the same principles that shaped its beginnings, Kimco takes pride in overseeing and leasing their properties with excellence and integrity.
